What’s your shipping policy?
We ship worldwide from China, the birthplace of kiln transformation ceramics. Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days (excluding remote areas). Each piece is carefully wrapped in hemp cloth and packed with recycled materials.
How do I care for my kiln-transformed cup?
Hand washing is recommended to preserve the unique glaze textures. These pieces are microwave and dishwasher safe, but gentle care will let them age gracefully with you.
